Rooftop garden harvest. We are at about 1000 pounds of food harvested total, which is a lot of food but still far from the 10,000 my manager hopes to harvest. Pictured here: 3 varieties of eggplant, 4 varieties of peppers, celery, ground cherries, okra and a cloth rucksack full of parsley. There’s at least 100 pounds of food here.
